<p>Did you know that digital technology represents 4% of total greenhouse gas emissions (as much as airplanes industry), consumes 12% of global electricity and uses more than 1000 billion liters of water each year? Do you know how our personal data is used without being aware of it? Have you ever heard of a data center? And connected/smart devices? Have you ever had the feeling your smartphone is vibrating when in reality you had not received anything? It's FOMO syndrome and it's a sign of our digital addiction.</p><p>If you have read this far, you are interested in this topic. This online conference will allow you to understand very simply what digital represents, what are the current and future challenges of the digitization of our society and what are the good digital habits to adopt both at work and at home to reduce our environmental impact and our digital addiction.</p>
