EdTech Speed Dating with Things

LuxmillSanem, Esch-sur-Alzette
Thursday, Apr 23 from 3 pm to 9 pm
Overview

Join us for the sixth LMDDC workshop, where we will show you how learning is also about touching, building, testing, and experimenting!

On 23 April 2026, the Luxembourg Media & Digital Design Centre (LMDDC) is organising its next workshop, "EdTech Speed Dating with Things", in Belval.

In a time when Luxembourg schools are reducing smartphone and screen use, we want to explore a simple question: what if meaningful learning starts with touching, building, testing, and experimenting?

This hands-on event invites educators and learning professionals to rotate through four interactive stations:

Language & Expression – Talking with Things

Creativity & Art – Making with Things

Discovery & Experiments – Exploring through Things

Logic & Science – Thinking with Things

Participants will explore prototypes, experiment with tangible materials, and leave with concrete activities ready to implement in schools, training centres, and community settings. Only practical, open-source, replicable ideas. If you work in education, training, inclusion, or youth support, this is for you!
