Open to Sciences Po students, faculty and staff only (a Sciences Po card will be required to access the building and an entrance ticket to access the amphitheatre).In-person conference with Klaus Welle, Former General Secretary of the European Parliament. Organised in the framework of the "European Seminar", a cycle of 6 lectures offered to students of the Master in European Affairs and open to all Sciences Po students.<h3>Presentation</h3>Any system has to appropriately reflect its conditions of existence. Consequently the European Union is established as a federal Union of citizens and states.
