Description de l'événement

Description

The Transcendental Meditation (TM) is a technique of personal development and deep relaxation simple and natural, whose practice does not require any effort. It is learned in a few sessions and its effects are noticeable from the first days. More than 350 research studies to date validate the benefits of TM.

Do you have 90 minutes to find out what this technique can do for you?
To discover its benefits and why it is so easy to practice , take part in one of the introductory TM course sessions that take place regularly at the Institute. Entrance is free.

You will discover:

  • why TM is so simple to practice and effective against stress and anxiety,
  • how TM differs from other forms of meditation,
  • what are the benefits you can expect,
  • how to learn it.

Philippe Mercanton has been a bilingual French / English instructor of MT since 1984. He began his teaching activities in the Lausanne region while training in Ayurveda, traditional medicine of ancient India. Philippe moved to Geneva in 1993 where he developed his activities as a therapist and continued to teach TM. In 2016, he received the new federal diploma in Ayurvedic medicine and his training as a therapist is accredited by ASCA and RME.
