This event brings together judges and leading practitioners to discuss recent developments in competition law case law and in EU merger control rules. The first session will explore key developments in national and EU competition law case law. The second session will focus on the recent publication of the draft EU merger guidelines changes and how these will affect the merger control in Greece. Speakers will share practical insights on what these developments mean for businesses and practitioners. The evening will conclude with a networking reception.
