Bring your good vibes and creativity, we’ll take care of the rest!

Who is behind this afterwork?

This afterwork is co-hosted by Henri Allegra (Homo Promptus), Hulya Kurt (InnKick), and Laurent Mas (TheSpace.Care), three complementary initiatives exploring the human side of the AI transition.

Homo Promptus brings the cognitive and strategic perspective on intentional, responsible, and human-centred AI adoption.

InnKick focuses on human empowerment, resilience, emotional intelligence, and confidence in times of change.

TheSpace.Care anchors the conversation in mental health and wellbeing, addressing fatigue, stress, and burnout in a fast-accelerating world.

Together, they create a safe, neutral, and welcoming space to explore AI without hype, pressure, or judgement, just thoughtful conversations among humans.

Agenda

-

Welcome & Host Icebraker Speeches

Henri Allegra (Homo Promptus), Hulya Kurt (InnKick), Laurent Mas (theSpace.Care)

Three short, complementary perspectives to open the space: Cognitive & intentional AI framing; Emotional grounding & empowerment; and Wellbeing, fatigue & mental load No slides. Just human words to open the dialogue.

-

Group Dialogues

Participants form small groups of 5–6 people. Each group receives a set of open, philosophical questions (French & English) related to: - AI and work - Meaning, identity, and agency - Pressure, fatigue, and adaptation - Hopes, fears, and future directions Groups choose the questions they want to explore and discuss freely. Hosts circulate gently, only supporting when needed, never directing. This is the heart of the experience: deep listening, debate, reflection, and shared sense-making.

-

Individual Closing Reflections & Get to Know Everyone

Everyone comes back together. Each group is invited to briefly share: - One insight, question, or tension that emerged - One reflection they want to carry forward The session closes with the AI Postcard: one question or thought to take home until the next gathering. Then, it's time to grab a drink to get to know each other a bit more.
