Who is behind this afterwork?
This afterwork is co-hosted by Henri Allegra (Homo Promptus), Marco Houwen (Zentrapreneur), Alexandre Dedavid (Movii Consultancy)
Zentrapreneur brings the identity lens. Before you can lead with AI, you need to know who you are. Zentrapreneur works at the level of identity, who am I, what do I stand for, why do I do what I do, creating the inner clarity that makes external change coherent rather than merely fast. Because organisations that adopt AI without first clarifying identity, values, and purpose have no clue in what direction they accelerate : they sure are faster, but more lost.
Homo Promptus brings the cognitive and strategic lens: cognitive evolution, agency and agentivity, intentionality, and hybrid intelligence. We support individuals and organisations in becoming AI-native through responsible, inclusive, and purposeful adoption, embodying the shift from Homo sapiens to Homo promptus: confident, curious, reflective professionals who use AI intentionally rather than reactively. Movii Consultancy brings the data and execution reality: the gap between AI in the demo and AI on a Tuesday afternoon, when a real person uses it to make a real decision. Arrival, Welcome & Opening Perspectives
Participants arrive, grab a drink, take their seats. Three short, complementary perspectives to open the space: Cognitive & intentional AI framing; leadership posture, cultural alignment and organisational coherence. No slides. Just human words to open the dialogue.

Group Dialogues
Participants in groups of 4–5. Three rounds of ~15 minutes each. One question per round, in English.

Individual Closing Reflections & Get to Know Everyone
Everyone comes back together. Each group is invited to briefly share two things: - one insight, question, or tension that emerged, or a reflection they want to carry forward - one question for the hosts, for Marco, Alexandre or Henri You give us one takeaway, you get one honest answer. That's the trade.
