Arrival, Welcome & Opening Perspectives
Participants arrive, grab a drink, take their seats. Three short, complementary perspectives to open the space: Cognitive & intentional AI framing; eadership posture, cultural alignment and organisational coherence. No slides. Just human words to open the dialogue.

Group Dialogues
Participants in groups of 4–5. Three rounds of ~15 minutes each. One question per round. (English, Spanish, French).

Individual Closing Reflections & Get to Know Everyone
Everyone comes back together. Each group is invited to briefly share: - One insight, question, or tension that emerged - One reflection they want to carry forward The session closes with the AI Postcard: one question or thought to take home until the next gathering. Then, it's time to grab a drink to get to know each other a bit more.
