Welcome & Host Icebraker Speeches
Three short, complementary perspectives to open the space: Cognitive & intentional AI framing; eadership posture, cultural alignment and organisational coherence. No slides. Just human words to open the dialogue.

Group Dialogues
Participants form small groups of 5–6 people. Each group receives a set of open, philosophical questions (English, Spanish, English) related to: - AI and work - Meaning, identity, and agency - Pressure, fatigue, and adaptation - Hopes, fears, and future directions Groups choose the questions they want to explore and discuss freely. Hosts circulate gently, only supporting when needed, never directing. This is the heart of the experience: deep listening, debate, reflection, and shared sense-making.

Individual Closing Reflections & Get to Know Everyone
Everyone comes back together. Each group is invited to briefly share: - One insight, question, or tension that emerged - One reflection they want to carry forward The session closes with the AI Postcard: one question or thought to take home until the next gathering. Then, it's time to grab a drink to get to know each other a bit more.
