Coach Lynda Switzer B.A., B .Ed. has been coaching since 2012 and designing/facilitating experiential workshops on communication, intimacy and conflict management since 2017.She values practicing self-compassion and self-acceptance and is committed to Nonviolent Communication (NVC). Lynda has an appreciation for witnessing and experiencing personal growth and self-expression. Her approach is engaging, insightful and playful.Coach Lynda, a former teacher, is certified in the Gottman Method of Couples Therapy, and NLP (Neurolinguistic Programing) and is trained in Emotion Focused Therapy for Couples, and Tantra.
