I am a Francophile of Italian and American extraction. Over the course of my 9+ years in Paris, I have cultivated meaningful personal and professional relationships with restaurateurs and artisans: my passion is in connecting fellow epicureans with these talented professionals.

In 2015, I laid to rest my primary career as a Market ResearchManager and created "Mille Mercis Marie ," a French gastronomy focused travel agency providing group tours, culinary experiences, events, and concierge services.
