École d'Hôtellerie et de Tourisme Paul Dubrule

École d’Hôtellerie et de Tourisme Paul Dubrule is an NGO and the personal initiative of Mr. Paul Dubrule, co-founder of the hotel group Accor. After an 8-month bicycle journey from France to Cambodia, Mr. Dubrule inaugurated the school in October 2002. Today, more than 3,500 graduates represent the school's alumni network.

EHT has progressively established itself as one of the most renowned vocational institutions in Cambodia, preparing its students for a dynamic career in the hospitality and tourism industry. Our NGO’s mission is to allow young Cambodians, especially disadvantaged youth access to innovative and professional education, contributing to the sustainable development of tourism in Cambodia. On average, we welcome 300 students each year with 30% on scholarships.

We provide 5 ASEAN certified programs, all accredited by the Ministry of Tourism: Food & Beverage Service, Food Production Cookery, Food Production Patisserie, Front-Office & Housekeeping and Travel Agencies Operations. In partnership with the prestigious École Hôtelière de Lausanne and Accor group, EHT also offers a Diploma in Hospitality Management, since 2016.

The school is located between the Airport and Siem Reap town. The 17,872m² school campus includes a training restaurant Le Jardin des Délices, 4 training hotel rooms and a 400-seat auditorium. The EHT team consists of professional experienced teachers, industry experts and committed individuals. We are proud that 90% of our team is Khmer.
