As the owner and founder, Makina is dedicated to providing exceptional services across various domains, including real estate, coaching and consulting, project management, and more. Proudly serving the Birmingham Metro Area, which includes Hoover, Vestavia Hills, Mountain Brook, Cahaba Heights, Pelham, Gardendale, Irondale, Trussville, and Alabaster, I bring nearly a decade of experience in the industry to ensure a seamless experience for my clients. Before returning to Birmingham, I serviced the Atlanta Metro Area while living in Sandy Springs, GA.

Our Expertise

Makina is an alumna of the University of Alabama at Birmingham and hold several real estate designations, including Military Relocation Professional (MRP), Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE), and REALTOR®. Additionally, I hold certifications as a Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified Scrum Master (CSM).

She is actively engage with the community as a Sustaining Member of the Junior League of Birmingham, Former Treasurer and current active member of the American Business Women’s Association (ABWA) Heart of Birmingham Chapter, and a Board Member for Innovative Solutions for Disadvantage and Disability (ISDD). This involvement keeps her connected to local needs and opportunities, allowing me to serve my clients better.
