Finding Sama
Kritika is a certified Sound Therapist (IPHM) who facilitates sound meditation sessions inspired by Nāda Yoga.
Originally from India and now based in London, Kritika’s journey into sound meditation grew alongside a fast-paced career working with an investment bank. Living and working in a high-pressure environment deepened her curiosity about rest, regulation, and the impact of sound on the nervous system — not as an escape from modern life, but as a way to meet it with more balance.
Through sound meditation, Kritika creates calm, supportive spaces where people are invited to slow down and rest. Her sessions are held lying down and use live instruments such as gongs, Himalayan and crystal singing bowls, chimes, and gentle percussion to support deep relaxation and stillness.
Rooted in traditional sound practices and shaped by contemporary life, her approach is simple, grounded, and accessible. Each session is offered as a wellbeing and relaxation experience, not as a medical or therapeutic treatment — an invitation to pause, let go, and experience deep rest through sound.
