Hi! I’m Lauren, the founder of Fig & Brie — an Austin-based charcuterie brand focused on elevated grazing, thoughtful hosting, and bringing people together through beautiful food. What started as a creative passion has grown into curated boards, hands-on workshops, and community-centered events designed to feel both approachable and special.

I love creating experiences that are interactive, welcoming, and just a little indulgent — whether that’s learning the art of charcuterie, celebrating with friends, or simply slowing down and enjoying good food in good company.
