Je suis très heureuse d’annoncer le retour de Yoga in the Garden pour sa deuxième année ! L’année dernière, nous avons partagé une saison simple mais magnifique, pleine de respiration, de mouvement et de lien, avec une communauté incroyable en plein cœur de Bordeaux. Voir autant de personnes se rassembler pour pratiquer dans la nature a été profondément inspirant, et j’ai hâte de continuer cette aventure avec vous.

Cette année, je propose une série de cours de Hatha Yoga au Jardin Public, à Bordeaux, tout au long du printemps et de l’été 2025.

Lors de ces séances, nous explorerons Hatha Yoga en enchaînant les postures au rythme de la respiration. Être pleinement présent à son souffle permet de rester à l’écoute de son corps, de ses sensations et de son énergie — transformant la pratique en une véritable méditation en mouvement, au cœur de la sérénité du jardin. Chaque séance se terminera par une méditation sonore pour une relaxation profonde, afin d'intégrer la pratique, apaiser l’esprit et se reconnecter en douceur à soi-même.

Merci d’apporter un tapis de yoga ou, si vous n’en avez pas, un tissu ou une serviette confortable. Une bouteille d’eau et des vêtements souples sont aussi recommandés.

❦❦. Join us for Yoga in the Garden this Spring & Summer 2025! 🌻

I’m very happy to bring Yoga in the Garden back for its second year! Last year, we had a humble yet beautiful season, sharing breath, movement, and connection with an incredible community in the heart of Bordeaux. It was truly inspiring to see so many people come together to practice in nature, and I can’t wait to continue this journey with you.

This year, I’m offering a series of Hatha classes at Jardin Public, Bordeaux, throughout Spring & Summer 2025.

In these sessions, we’ll explore Hatha Yoga moving through postures while syncing breath with movement. Being fully present with your breath will help you stay aware of your body, sensations, and energy—transforming the practice into a true meditation in motion, all while surrounded by the calming beauty of the garden.To close each session, we’ll ease into a sound meditation for deep relaxation, allowing you to fully absorb the practice, quiet your mind, and reconnect with yourself in a peaceful state.

Open to all levels | Bilingual class (French & English)

Please bring a yoga mat, or if you don’t have one, any fabric or towel you feel comfortable practicing on. A bottle of water and comfortable clothing are also recommended.

✨ Please note that tickets are refundable one day before the event. As this is a small, handcrafted offering with limited spots, I kindly ask you to take your time before booking — thank you for supporting this community project.

✨ A ticket is valid for one class on any of the dates listed above. You can also pay in cash on the day of the class (15 euros). Just make sure to contact me to register using the following details.
