About this event

(The morning session is compulsory for TSW24 participants and the afternoon session is highly recommended for all TRAIL researchers).

Morning Session

The TRAIL institute invites project proposals for the TRAIL Summer Workshop 2024 on artificial intelligence research to be held in Lisboa, Portugal, from August 26th to September 6th, 2024.

Following the success of the previous TRAIL Summer Workshops, TSW24 aims at continuing and enhancing the tradition of collaborative, localized research and development work by gathering, in a single place, leading researchers in artificial intelligence and students to work on specific projects for two complete weeks.

For this edition, TRAIL is collaborating with GAIPS (Group of AI for People and Society), the INESC-ID and Instituto Superior Técnico in Lisbon (Portugal).

Afternoon Session

Inspiring presentations will be delivered about trends in AI integration in various strategic sectors of the Walloon industrial ecosystem, while focusing on the expectations from future recruits. Topics: RAG for LLMs, AI for Drug Production.

The afternoon will also include a quick training session on producing a short video about research work and demos.
