Structure & Flow

1. Opening / Landing in the Body
   A warming circle to attune, ground, and open.
2. Somatic Practice — “Where I Hold, Where I Open”
   Gentle movement, body awareness, and deepening into self.
3. Rest & Nourishment + Cacao & Blessing Ceremony
   A heart‑opening cacao ritual titled “The Heart That Lets Go”
4. Clay & Closing Ritual — “The Shape of Her Release”
   A symbolic ritual for devotion to what remains, and release of what needs to depart.
