Tezos Smart Contract Training - June

During this training session, you will learn to write and test your own smart contracts on Tezos, learn how to avoid the most common flaws, and how to reduce the costs of your contracts. Coaches from Nomadic Labs and other entities from the Tezos ecosystem will assist you and answer your questions.

The format is a two day self-paced, hands-on training session, that alternates between video presentations, group discussions, and most of all, working on exercises with the help of coaches.

You will quickly learn to call, deploy, program and fix flaws in your Smart Contracts. It will take place on Discord, where multiple coaches will be available to help with any issues you may encounter, and provide feedback.

You will get to pick a Smart Contract language at the beginning of the training session, after a short presentation of the available languages: SmartPy, JSLigo and Archetype.

You can take part in one of two modes, depending on your availability and time zone.

1. The main event is a synchronous training session, for people available during day time of the Europe timezone: from 9am to 12pm then 1:30pm to 5:30pm CET (Paris Time).

2 . If these times don't work for you, it is possible to participate asynchronously during these two days. You may miss some of the live sessions, but a significant part of the content is prerecorded and will available at any time, and coaches will be online to answer questions from 8am CET to 11:30 pm CET on both days.

The prerequisites to take part in this training are:

- some experience with programming

- some general knowledge about blockchains
