Experience a flavorful journey from Ethiopia to Latin America—all in one night under the stars!
Upstairs on the rooftop, enjoy a specially curated Ethiopian buffet by Chef Andi, featuring bold, traditional flavors, followed by a vibrant salsa class at 8:30 PM led by Salsa Dakar. After the class, the rooftop turns into a dance floor with Latin music and good vibes until 11 PM.
Ethiopian Buffet (Restaurant Level | Prices Vary)
– Lamb with Spinach: Tender lamb slow-cooked in Ethiopian spices with spinach, garlic, and ginger
– Yebeg Kikil: Lamb in butter, onion, ginger, and berbere, served with injera
– Doro Wot: Chicken leg stewed in red onion and berbere, with a hard-boiled egg
– Dinich Wot (Vegan): Hearty potatoes simmered in spices and olive oil
