Join us for a somatic yoga class this spring, and early summer!
I am offering a series of somatic yoga classes at Parc de Montsouris on late sunday mornings. The next class is on Sunday April 28th at 10.30 am. Hope you can join us!
Somatic yoga is a softer, and experiential form of asana practice. I will guide you through a practice where we move through postures, and have the time to gently observe, feel, and listen to our body. There is a time for journalling/sharing after class.
This class is suitable for all levels and will be led in English.
Meet me at Parc de Montsouris for a morning of relaxation and exploration. Bring your mat and water, wear comfortable clothes, and get ready to unwind in the beautiful surroundings of the park.

Pricing: one ticket is valid for one class for any of the above dates. You can also pay in cash the day of the class, just make sure to text me at 0643764157 to sign up.

You will receive a location pin around 9 am on the day of the class via the phone number you provided in the sign up form. The classes will be at Parc de Montsouris. You can also contact me via text/call if you are lost before class starts. My number is in the event description.
If it rains or is raining that morning, the class will be cancelled and you will be notified and refunded. Class is maintained in sunny & cloudy weather :)
No, this will be one of the 8 outdoor somatic yoga classes, all on Sundays at Parc de Montsouris from 10:30 am to 12 pm. The dates are April 7, April 14, April 28, May 12, May 19, May 26, June 2nd and June 16th.
Unfortunately I do not have Lydia. I accept payment in cash on the day of class.
