Description:
Curious about self-sustainability? Let’s start our morning with a guided meditation and learn more about how to enjoy the present moment. In this session Karolina will talk about her personal journey on sustainable-self and then lead a guided meditation for us.
Science has shown that we tend to think about the past 45% of our time, and another 45% on worrying or thinking about the future, leaving us only 10% for enjoying and experiencing the present moment. Using meditation and mindfulness techniques, we’ll allow ourselves to enjoy the present moment and learn how we can take control of our mind instead of thinking about past failures or future plans, live more in the present moment, and better manage our stress levels.
After this, we’ll have a Q&A session for you. We look forward to you joining us!
