What to Expect

• Distance: 15 km mixed terrain loop.
• Route: Strava
• Start Time: Meet at Flowerboy Cafe at 5:45 AM, for 6:00AM departure.
• Bag Drop: Available.
• 2 Pace Groups: 5:30- 6:00, 6:30-7:00
• Post-Run: Fresh coconuts and food provided by Neighbourhood.

All paces, all faces. This run is open to everyone with a minimum of experience and feeling comfortable running for over an hour. No one gets left behind.
