Event description
Relationship Agility - an SJM Humanising IT workshop developing DevOps Culture designed for the DevOps Institute 2020 SKILup Festival

About this Event

It’s a well established that culture is the biggest challenge to DevOps adoption. Culture is about behavior and underpinning behavior is neuroscience and how our brains work. To understand our brains and behavior we need to use tools. These tools also help us to plan experiments to make improvements and change behaviors. This is what gives us relationship agility which is essential for adaptability in a DevOps culture.

In this workshop we will use a number of thinking tools for visual communication and collaboration to explore complex concepts, discover solutions to problems and express messages in a simple and effective way. In this workshop you will learn:

  • What relationship and emotional agility really means
