The Butterfly School invites you to embark on a day and a half journey with Giles Hutchins, for an embodied experience of regenerative leadership with a practitioner of regenerative thinking.

The seminar consists of a journey through the splendid forest of Springwood Farm in England during which you will discover leadership tools linked to the great principles of life. You will alternate between individual reflections, group exercises, and sharing and dialogue sessions.

Giles Hutchins is a pioneering practitioner of regeneration.

He works with numerous business leaders, business schools, and participates in roundtable discussions on leadership and organisational development topics. Alongside being the author of 6 books, he is also the chairman of the Future Fit Leadership Academy, founder of Leadership Immersions, principal partner of The Natural Business Partnership, co-founder of BCI Biomimicry for Creative Innovation, and co-founder of Regenerators.

Why this seminar?

Giles is one of the pioneers in the Introduction to Regenerative Business course. In line with the school's mission and AXA Climate’s purpose (making regenerative business universal), this seminar is an ideal opportunity to reinforce the 10-week digital course with a group face-to-face experience in nature, focusing on regeneration topics primarily related to leadership, culture, and personal transformation that will enable long-term business metamorphosis.

Transport: 1 Eurostar 2nd class round trip + Commuter train & minibus to Crawley - Springwood farm (For those who are already in the UK, please contact us so we can modify the transportation accordingly)
