Reconnect with Yourself, Others, and the Natural World
For humans who feel the call to reconnect with nature and themselves, this group offers a space to slow down, breathe deeply, and create. Through mindful walks and expressive art-making with natural materials, you’ll be guided in nature-based art therapy practices that support reflection, emotional release, and a renewed sense of balance.
Together, we’ll explore how we experience, sense, feel, think, and relate to nature on multiple levels. Sessions take place in quiet meadows and forest clearings in Parks and Forests in and around Paris, where you’ll be invited to create with what the land offers and discover practices you can carry home into daily life.
No previous art experience is needed — all materials are provided. Simply bring your curiosity, openness, and comfortable clothing for being outdoors.
