OAI Webinar Series Chapter 16: CSSL - The OAI move to a generic license
Overview
OpenAirInterface Webinar Series Chapter 16: Collaborative Standards Software License (CSSL): The OpenAirInterface move to a generic license
Abstract: With the launch of Duranta, a joint OpenAirInterface (OAI) and Linux Foundation Networking (LFN) initiative, we are also taking the opportunity to evolve the immensely innovative and successful OAI Public License (OAI PL V1.1) to a generically worded version we have branded as the Collaborative Standards Software License (CSSL).
This webinar will explain the rationale behind this evolution, the relation to the launch of Duranta, how these transitions further the mission of OAI, and what this means for the great OAI community of contributors and users.
About the speaker:
Irfan Ghauri is the Director of Operations at the OpenAirInterface Software Alliance.
