About this event
Join us on June 9th for an ideation workshop brought to you by Munich HR AfterWork to explore the topic of “Performance Management in a Hybrid Set Up” with a special focus onto converging outcome-focused and behavioral assessment studying various companies practices.
Irem Demirtunc, Talent Analytics Project Manager at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), will be your host for this virtual session.
The concept is simple:
Irem will start the session with a 10-minutes presentation maximum, sharing some external best practices and challenges related to performance management, and how companies are switching the way they measure performance in a hybrid setting.
We will then dedicate the rest of the event to rethink how you would rethink performance management in your own company, using a special ideation technique.
Please be aware that this session won’t be recorded.
We welcome all participants from 17:30, the virtual session being scheduled until 18:30 for a 60-minutes duration in total.
The webcast will be hosted in Zoom, and you will receive a confirmation email with the link and the access code from marie.nallet@allianz.com
It will be sent the day of the webcast and the day before.
