If tickets are sold out, you can register on the waitlist on the ticket sales page. If tickets become available, you’ll be notified with priority via email. Please make sure to check your email. Once you receive the email, you will have a 1-hour priority window to secure your ticket.

If you can’t attend, you can request a refund up to 7 days before the event. Reselling tickets is not allowed. Attendee identities will be verified at the entrance, so please do not attempt to resell your ticket. Our goal is to keep the event accessible to everyone.

Yes, the talks will be recorded and professionally edited. Replays will be available about a week after the event. To watch them, you’ll need to purchase a “Replay Ticket” via the ticketing platform. Several months later, they’ll be free on our official website.

Eventbrite does not provide formal invoices. However, your ticket and confirmation email serve as valid proof of purchase.

To request a refund, go to your Eventbrite ticket and submit a request. If it’s made at least 7 days before the event, we’ll review and approve it. Once approved, the refund will be processed to your bank within 24 hours. Eventbrite’s service fees are non-refundable.
