The workshop “Methods in Legal Discipline: Post-Doctoral Insights Across Research Fields” brings together post-doctoral researchers from the Department of Law at the Faculty of Law, Economics and Finance (FDEF) at the University of Luxembourg to reflect on the methodological foundations of their research across diverse areas of law.

The workshop aims to foster dialogue on methodological choices, challenges, and innovations in contemporary legal scholarship. Open to professors, PhD candidates, and researchers from the University of Luxembourg and beyond, it provides a platform to exchange best practices, compare perspectives across legal fields, and strengthen the collective understanding of how legal research is designed and conducted.
