This Edition:

For our first Lighthouse Insider Tips session, we’re talking with digital distribution consultant Eduardo de la Vara to learn how to reach the Mexican market through streaming.

Since earning degrees from Academia de Música Fermatta and Full Sail University, Eduardo has worked as a studio manager, mixing engineer, artist and label manager, producer, and music educator. In addition to working for Greenhouse Studios in Orlando, Florida, and New York’s prestigious Euphoria Studios, he has also worked with distributor Ditto Music in Mexico City and taught at Full Sail University. Eduardo currently teaches Audio Engineering, Music Business, and Digital Film at SAE Institute Mexico.

This 1-hour event will be divided into 3 parts:

  1. A quick illustrated overview of the Mexican music market
  2. A pre-recorded interview with Eduardo covering the streaming landscape in Mexico.
  3. 30-minute live Q&A session with Eduardo, moderated by Compass Music and Lighthouse’’s founder Géraldine Zanaska.
