This activation is a journey, a return to yourself through the intelligence of your body. It dissolves the stories that no longer serve you, unravels the patterns that block your flow, and reconnects you with the essence of who you truly are.
It is a process of emotional, energetic, and spiritual liberation . The awakening you experience continues beyond the session, echoing in your daily life, often subtly, yet profoundly.

The only person who truly knows if you are ready is you. Listen to your heart.

WHAT TO EXPECT 🌊

Unlike structured practices where you follow instructions to achieve a result, there is nothing to do here.
You surrender. You trust. You allow your body to lead.

Your mantra: I surrender 🙌 Yes and more.

During the transmission, your mind may wander, this is natural. The goal is not perfection or control, but surrender. Your pace is perfect; your experience is yours alone.

Some experiences you might encounter:

• Involuntary movements, subtle or more pronounced
• Waves of emotion, sadness, anger, joy, released safely
• Sensations of heat, tingling, or energy rising along the spine
• Visions, symbols, astral journeys, or a sense of connection to other dimensions

These are not goals to reach, but possible signs of your body and energy realigning. There is no right or wrong. There is only your truth.

HOW IT WORKS 💫

Everything is energy. Everything vibrates. During the session, I hold a frequency that serves as a tuning fork. Your system naturally attunes, awakening the Kundalini energy already within you.

This is energy transmission, not intervention. I do not place foreign energy into your body. Your vital force awakens itself and I am here to help you remember how to move with it.

SAFETY & CONTRAINDICATIONS ⚠️

Kundalini energy is intelligent and always acts in alignment with your body. It may feel intense, but it is never unsafe.

However, for your well-being, participation is not suitable if:

• You are under 21
• You have epilepsy
• You have a psychosis (schizophrenia, bipolar)
• You are on antipsychotic or antidepressant medication
• You are pregnant

SESSION STRUCTURE 📝

• Introduction (20–30 min): I explain the transmission, what to expect, and possible experiences.
• Transmission (1 hour): You lie on a mat while I channel energy. Music flows continuously to support the process.
• Integration: I guide you back into the room, followed by a sharing circle for questions or reflections.

After the session, I remain available for guidance and support.

WHAT IF I DON'T FEEL ANYTHING ? 😯
It is just as perfect as feeling something.

Sometimes it takes a few sessions before the energy becomes perceptible in a subtle way. And some people may not feel anything during the sessions, yet their lives begin to shift afterwards. This is why I invite you into this work : not for a spectacular experience on the mat, but for deeper alignment in daily life.

The best way to approach this practice is without expectations, like entering a one-hour meditation where you may, or may not, consciously feel a profound embodied experience.

WHO I AM 🙏

I am Laurent CARLOS — Explorer of the masculine and facilitator of transformative spaces.

Like you, I have faced fears, wounds, and limiting beliefs that once shaped my life. I was powerless until I became conscious of them. Through Tantra, meditation, and yoga, I learned to dive inward and meet myself in the raw authenticity of my being. I discovered that no one could give me the love I refused to give myself.

What I love most is creating and holding safe containers, spaces where each person can lay down their armor, explore their inner depths, and reconnect with the truth already within them.

This is the path I invite you to walk with me: learning to love yourself as the perfectly imperfect being you are.
