More eco or more ordo-friendly?
Afternoon Seminar, Fondation Universitaire, 16 June 2014
The long awaited Intel v Commission Judgment will be delivered on 12 June.
This event seeks to offer a first discussion forum on the judgment. It will cover issues such as: fate of the more economic approach in abuse of dominance cases; legal status of the Guidance Paper on exclusionary abuses; intensity of judicial review; practical implications for the assessment of dominant firms’ rebates; setting fines in unclear areas of the law, etc.
Speakers at the seminar include prominent practitioners and academics.
