Judy Boniface, Chief Customer & Marketing Officer at Mailjet

Judy leads the Marketing and Customer Success Teams at Mailjet, Europe’s leading email service provider for marketing emails, transactional emails, and SMS. For the last 15 years, she has toggled among the roles of a marketing strategist, operations expert, technology enthusiast, management consultant and social entrepreneur, and has been directing Mailjet’s growth since 2014. She is responsible for Mailjet's subscription revenue, overall brand strategy, global communications and customer-centric operations and profitability.

Jason Smith, Director of Strategic Accounts at Exponea

Jason has over 20 years’ industry experience, having worked for some of the world’s leading companies (Facebook, Google, Groupon etc.) and new disruptive technology start-up’s both in Europe & USA. Jason has a proven track record in turnarounds, both small private companies and divisions of larger companies and created major growth strategies through new market penetration, M&A, industry roll-ups, etc.

Tim Bond, Head of Insight at the DMA

A social scientist by training and a communications professional by trade, Tim now combines these two fields in his role within the DMA. He has an MA in Sociology from Aberdeen University and over the last decade, he has continued to utilise this social sciences background to develop research campaigns across a range of sectors. A key part of his role at the DMA is developing actionable insight for the data-driven marketing industry, which also supports the association’s core belief in putting the customer first and leading the business sector in creativity and innovation.

Nicola Fox, Head of CRM (formerly at Missguided)

Nicola is a senior marketing and digital professional with far-reaching and extensive knowledge and skills acquired while working within the retail sector. Her main focus at Missguided was overseeing the development of data-driven CRM from batch blast email.

Mark King, Partner Sales Manager at Google

Mark has spent the last 10 years in the cloud computing and enterprise software industry, working across verticals like Retail, Consumer Goods and Travel. Mark also has experience in to Digital agency space, primarily working with e-commerce clients across the UK. Full service. Currently his role at Google is to build and manage the best Consumer partner channel in the UK.
