Training Details:We are offering two hands-on sessions covering beginner and advanced topics. Choose the session that best fits your experience.
Basic Training (09:00 – 12:00) – For New Users
This session will cover:
- Data import and management
- Key statistical analyses
- Visualization & result reporting
- PCA, heatmaps, bar plots, violin plots, and more
- Exploratory data analysis
- Discovering hidden patterns and grouping
Advanced Training (13:30 – 16:00) – For Existing Users & Basic Attendees
This session will dive deeper into:
- New features in Version 3.10
- Multi-omics analysis (via correlation methods)
- Pathway analysis (GSEA integration) and integration
