About this event
As the fourth in a series of evenings for National Storytelling Week, voice artist Rosalind Buck presents an evening of Irish folklore with live music:
- The Piper and the Puca, retelling of a traditional Irish folktale
- The Fairies, a poem by William Allingham (1883)
- Belle of Belfast City, a traditional Irish folk song
- The Old Maid in the Garret, a traditional Irish folk song

If you wish to attend the whole week of events, rather than buying individual tickets you can purchase a discounted passe-partout ticket for the eight days, ending with the finale on February 6, when there will be live music and I will tell four of my own original stories (you can vote for the stories in a post that is pinned to the top of my Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/rosalindbuckperformer

You will receive an email after buying a ticket, with a link and passwords to the session at the BOTTOM of the message.
I will be online 15 minutes before the start of the show.
You may need to download and install the app Zoom Client for Meetings to participate, so best to do that ahead of time (compatible with most computers and phones etc.): https://zoom.us/download
To watch at a later date: If you prefer to watch later, then purchase a ticket as normal and mail me at rosalindbuck@gmail.com, preferably before noon on the day of the event, from the email address you used to buy your ticket. Within two days of the show, you will receive an unlisted YouTube link to watch the recording
