Flow Training or Flow60 is a moving meditation designed to help you release tension, silence your mind, and let go of trapped emotions in 60 minutes.

Created by Mike Chang, the practice has 4 parts:

  • Tap Massage
  • Strength Training
  • Stretching
  • Breathwork & Meditation

This is a fun and dynamic practice that helps you cultivate inner peace, while relaxing and strengthening your body all done outdoors in nature.

I recommend you bring a yoga mat or a towel to practice on.

All fitness levels are welcome!

Where do we meet?

The practice will be at Humlegården, near the center of the park. If you cannot find us, you can contact me on WhatsApp +33698566447.

What fitness level is required?

This practice is designed for all fitness levels and people of all ages. The movements are simple to learn and can be modified towards any fitness level, even if you haven't worked out in a long time. Our practices will be low to medium intensity level, and modifications will be offered if needed.

How does this practice work?

This composed of 4 parts that flow together: Tap Massage, Strength Training, Stretching, Breathwork & Meditation. Each part helps to release tension, open your energy levels, and bring your mind, body, and emotions into balance, so that you can experience inner peace.
