For ten years now, Famoco has been offering a complete mobile solution (software and hardware) to help international organizations and companies deploy and protect their digital solutions for financial inclusion, humanitarian initiatives, government services, banks, healthcare, and public transport.

To meet the public and private sectors growing challenges of digital security, Famoco provides organizations with robust technology dedicated to protecting their data. Famoco designs secure mobile devices, based on Famoco OS, the private Android OS businesses coupled with mobile hardware remotely manageable from one SaaS platform. It makes it easy for any organization to deploy their mobile applications to thousands of mobile devices worldwide with a few clicks, all within a secure environment.

In 2019, Famoco generated 80% of its revenue outside France; the company currently has 1400 customers in 50 countries, including 30 in Africa. Among them are the United Nations, Orange, Vodacom, Tigo, Airtel, the Bank of Ghana, and the Ivory Coast government.

One of Famoco's proudest missions is to provide a solution to digitize food assistance vouchers with one international organization. Famoco delivers NFC cards that are distributed to beneficiaries to collect their nutrition allowance, and a dedicated NFC reader is given to merchants to be used as a mobile point of sale (POS). Each smart card stores beneficiary entitlements and biometric data to ensure that it can only be used by the person to whom it's been issued. The solution reduces the risk of fraud & theft, broadens merchants & goods' choice for beneficiaries, supports the local economy, offers real-time monitoring, and tracks beneficiary figures. Moreover, these vouchers are secure as a bank transaction, for both the beneficiary and the merchant.
