Evolution directed for equity, diversity and inclusion in academia

Diversity is a major component of our everyday lives, and while research shows that it is highly valuable for scientific innovation, diversity is currently marginalized in leadership positions. In this workshop, we will give an overview of the current EDI status of academia and, using theoretical concepts, we will present what contribute to preventing minorities to have successful scientific careers in research.
