#DIDA 2021
The Diaspora Innovation Days in Africa (DIDA) is a gathering, the second of its kind hosted by ADYFE. DIDA takes a further step in complementing the substantial outcomes of the AAC+ by connecting diaspora and African stakeholders.
DIDA aims at initiating and strengthening innovative cooperation schemes of the Diaspora on the continent by participating in technological transformation and creating partnerships and businesses that contribute to the development of communities through job creation, while boosting local economic opportunities, as well as generating innovative products and services that respond to the realities of the African market.
This year, DIDA is focused on the following theme “Diaspora skills and technological transfer towards hubs and SMEs in Africa: dialogue between SMEs and Diaspora” and will be held as an integrated event of the Afrilabs Annual Gathering 2021: A Decade of Empowering and Inspiring Innovation Across Africa.
