About this event
- Event lasts 2 hours
Feeling like time is slipping through your fingers? In this uplifting 2-hour group coaching session, we’ll explore how to shift from time-starved to time-smart using curiosity as a guide.
Together, we’ll cover:
- How to take back control of your time (without spreadsheets or guilt!)
- Why we procrastinate and how to break the cycle
- Where your time goes—and how to gently redirect it
- Supportive ways to create more breathing space in your day
- Simple tools to help you focus (even with a busy brain)
- A mini action plan to help you move forward with clarity and ease.
This isn’t about cramming more into your day. It’s about clearing the path for what truly matters and giving yourself permission to explore, grow, and feel more content.
Small group (max six women), significant shifts. Bring your notebook and your curiosity.

1. Who is this session for?
This session is designed for women aged 50+ who want to feel more in control of their time, reconnect with their sense of curiosity, and live with more intention. Whether you're navigating a new chapter, feeling stuck, or simply want to carve out space for you, this is for you.
2. I’m not very confident—will I have to share?
You’re always encouraged to do what feels right for you. There’s no pressure to share if you’d rather listen. This is a safe, respectful space where all levels of participation are welcome.
3. What happens during the session?
We'll explore a mix of teaching, reflective exercises, and gentle group coaching. You’ll leave with practical tools, mindset shifts, and a mini action plan to move forward. We also include a short comfort break halfway through (bring your favourite cup!).
4. How many people will be in the group?
The session is kept small—no more than 6 women—so you get plenty of support and space to feel heard.
5. Do I need any special tech or tools?
Nope! Just a device with Zoom installed, a quiet-ish space, and a notebook or journal to jot things down. A cuppa and your curiosity are also highly recommended!
6. Is this therapy?
No, this is a coaching session. It’s focused on moving forward, exploring mindset shifts, and taking gentle action. It’s about growth, not digging into the past.
7. Will there be a recording?
To keep the space safe and respectful, sessions are not recorded. What’s shared in the group stays in the group.
