Event description

Description

The Paris Branch of the Royal Aeronautical Society is pleased to welcome Martin Egerth, Senior Project Manager at Lufthansa Aviation Training and Dr. William Johnson, FAA Chief Scientific Advisor, Human Factors in Aircraft Maintenance Systems to talk about creation of a "safety first culture" in aviation.

"2017 was the safest year in the history of civil aviation, but that does not mean we can sit back, relax and celebrate. We have to continue the positive trend and the only way doing this is to have or to develop a “safety first culture""

"A safety first culture begins with the definition of a safety goal and an organisational culture, continues with an assessment of the right people, the training of all staff and leadership skills and ends with empathy, motivation and inspiration throughout all levels."

All are welcome : please register to attend.
