Informations importantes :

· L’accueil des participants débutera 30 minutes avant le début de l’événement. Les portes de la salle seront fermées à l’heure prévue.

· Une pièce d’identité ou la carte Sciences Po, ainsi que la confirmation d’inscription (QR code Eventbrite), seront demandées à l’entrée du bâtiment, puis à nouveau à l’entrée de la salle. Merci de prévoir votre billet imprimé ou disponible sur votre téléphone.

· Pour rappel, les billets sont strictement nominatifs.

· Les bagages et sacs volumineux ne sont pas autorisés. Aucun vestiaire ne sera disponible. Nous vous recommandons de venir uniquement avec un petit sac.

· Pensez à apporter votre gourde. Des fontaines à eau sont disponibles sur le campus.

· Participant check-in will begin 30 minutes before the start of the event. The doors to the venue will close at the scheduled time.

· An ID card or your Sciences Po card, along with your registration confirmation (Eventbrite QR code), will be required at the building entrance and again at the entrance to the venue. Please have your ticket printed or available on your phone.

· Tickets are strictly personal and non-transferable.

· Large bags and luggage are not allowed. There will be no cloakroom available. We recommend coming with only a small bag.

· Don’t forget to bring your water bottle. Water fountains are available on campus.
