Description

Design Sprints at Scale
Design sprints have caught on in our industry and beyond, as an accelerated & collaborative way to prototype answers to business questions. In the past few years, Tomomi has experimented with how the method can be "stretched" in different ways, while remaining true to its core principals.

For example:
– sprinting in 1-2 days
– sprinting in more than one language
– sprinting without a specific product or service as the goal
– sprinting with 70+ people

In this talk, she'll share what she's learned -- the good, the bad, and the ugly -- so that we can explore together how design sprints can be utilized to tackle all kinds of challenges in different contexts.
