2.30 pm Welcome speech by Emmanuel Scotet
- Context of the LabEx IGO internal call 2020
- Draw of lots to determine the running order for the presentations
2.45 pm - 5 pm Presentation of the 5 shortlisted projects
10 min for each oral presentation & 15 min for questions
- 2.45 pm - 3.10 pm Presentation of project #1
- 3.10 pm - 3.35 pm Presentation of project #2
- 3.35 pm - 3.45 pm Short break
- 3.45 pm - 4.10 pm Presentation of project #3
- 4.10 pm - 4.35 pm Presentation of project #4
- 4.35 pm - 5 pm Presentation of project #5
The public will be kindly asked to leave the conference room after the end of the project presentations
5 pm Discussion and conclusion
- Discussion between SAB members only for the final selection
- Validation of the 3 selected projects and discussion with LabEx IGO Direction and steering committee members (Copil)
End of SAB meeting
NB: The results will be communicated by email to the project carriers at the end of the meeting.
