Open Data Day 2015 Paris: UrbanDirtLab Hackfest
Date et heure
Description
Open Data Day is on February 21st! An International Open Data Hackathon will be happening simultaneously in about 100 cities around the world.
Join us at La Paillasse as open data activists, enthusiasts and startups from Paris gather for this global day of action, coding, scraping and hacking to celebrate the power of Open Data — and put Paris on the map!
Why?
Because Open Data matters!
To have fun working on great data-driven projects in Paris's largest community lab. And because we can't let the world down now that France is ranked in the world top 3 for Open Data... :)
What?
An UrbanDirtLab hackfest — a day of fun and working on Open Data projects against pollution.
2015 is the year of #COP21 in Paris — and Open Data is part of the solution for a more sustainable world.
Climate, water, air, garbage, circular economy, cleaner transportation, urban metamicrobiome... Think of something to make our world a little cleaner less polluted? There's data for that!
Come work on great ideas ranging from open environmental data mapping to metamicrobiome sequencing — and we hope you will suggest many more!
Who?
Developers, designers, data scientists, curious citizens and all-around open data enthusiasts... everybody's welcome!
Join us with your talents and energy, with or without an idea, to hone your new tech chops or showcase your mad l33t skills. Bring your laptop – and all your friends!
Where?
