Description de l'événement

Description

Transcendental Meditation (TM) is the technique of deep relaxation and simple and natural personal development whose practice requires no effort. It is learned in a few sessions and its effects are noticeable from the first days. More than 350 research studies to date validate the benefits of TM.

Do you have 90 minutes to discover what this technique can bring you?
To understand how a simple technique can bring so many benefits, sign up for one of the regular information conferences at the Institute.

You will have the opportunity to:

  • meet Philippe Mercanton, your certified MT instructor
  • discover the many benefits of the daily practice of Transcendental Meditation
  • find answers to your questions
  • plan your MT course

Philippe Mercanton has been a bilingual French / English MT instructor since 1984. He began his teaching activities in the Lausanne region while training in Ayurveda, the traditional medicine of ancient India. Philippe moved to Geneva in 1993 where he developed his therapist activities and continued teaching MT. In 2016, he received the new Federal Diploma in Ayurvedic Medicine and his training as a therapist was approved by ASCA and RME.
