In this talk, we will delve into the subject of compliance of cookie banners with the prevailing EU regulations, more particularly the GDPR and e-Privacy directive. To this end we deciphered EU legal requirements on consent and analyzed the technical means available to verify compliance of cookie banners. Learn how to assess compliance and detect violations in cookie banner design and implementation by following our talk.
