A French grape diaspora

Dear all,

To celebrate Bastille Day, I'll serve up wine made from French grapes grown around the world, a sort of French diaspora tasting.

We'll taste at least 8 wines, four whites and four reds, all made from French grapes. It will include a special bottle or two. I'll "gamify" the tasting a little by covering the bottles until people have tasted each wine and guessed which grape(s) it is made from. There will be a prize for whoever gets the most grapes right and/or correctly guesses the countries from which the wines hail.

Chef Joseph of Rouge Tomate will prepare a series of French dishes, revisited, to pair with the wine.

The tasting will cost 55 euros and is limited to the first 15 people who register via Eventbrite.

I provide full refunds to people who cancel up to two days before the event, half for cancellations the day before and 1/4 the day of the tasting, minus Eventbrite's fees, which are non-refundable.
