This is an invitation to reconnect with your body, your breath, your presence.
In a fast-paced world, this one-hour space is a moment to pause, to listen, to simply be. Together, we’ll explore a space of guided meditation and open-hearted sharing.
No previous meditation experience is needed, come just as you are. The space is safe, and limited to a small group.
*Please note this space is not a form of therapy or medical treatment. It is a space of shared presence, not diagnosis or treatment. Participation is voluntary and each person remains fully responsible for their own well-being and personal process.
What We’ll Do
5 min of grounding and check in
15–20 min of guided presence meditation
20 min of gentle sharing circle
Time at the end for questions or reflections
